Woodbury Athletic Club is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization focused on promoting physical fitness and health through running, biking, 

hiking, and swimming. Based in Woodbury, CT and drawing members from all over the region, our club is dedicated to the love of being outdoors, as a sport and as a way of life — for fun, for fitness, for camaraderie, and for every person regardless of ability, age, ethnicity, gender, nationality, race, religion, or any other demographic.
